  1. What an extraordinary trip. When do you think you will be back in Williamsburg? Coming thru Wilmington?

  2. Duchess,

Can’t wait to see you AND of course we want to thank Richard for taking you along on this great adventure! I think it will be a big topic for a long time for a lot of us here in the Close.

  3. Dear Duchess aka Eagle Dog,
My mom left her iPad unattended and I finally got to read your blog. Wow, what an amazing adventure you’ve had. Despite your initial concerns, I think you’ve actually enjoyed yourself! I have to confess I’m a little bit envious. I hadn’t thought about it before but I just realized I’ve never left the state of VA, and I’m 17 years old! I think I’ve been deprived…no, I’m going back to my comfy bed now.. You can tell me all about it.
    See you soon,
    Wolfie

  4. Duchess,
Your home is ready and waiting for you. And there’s a week-old foal at the corner of Nassau and Prince George St. waiting to meet you.
    See you soon (I hope)!

  5. Awesome! May this be the beginning of many adventures! Looking forward to hearing more about your trip.

  6. This has been so cool for you guys! You need to have a good old-fashioned slide show party where you go through each day and explain to all your friends all the fun and interesting things you guys did.

  7. I will miss all those beautiful pictures of all the states you drove through. It was an adventure for all of us that followed you! Thank you for sharing and looking forward to having you in Williamsburg. See you soon, Carmie & Lulu
